Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services at a facility in Callaway County, Missouri. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat adult consumers to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and independence.

Requirements
•Active Missouri Physical Therapist license.
•Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
•Experience with PT evaluations, treatment planning, and direct therapy services.
•Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, gait training, mobility support, and functional rehabilitation.
•Behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred.
•Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
•Ability to complete orientation and meet facility credentialing/security requirements.

Responsibilities
•Perform initial PT evaluations and assessments.
•Develop treatment plans to reduce pain, improve function, and restore mobility.
•Provide PT using modalities, exercise, mobilization, gait training, and assistive devices.
•Support posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, and daily function.
•Monitor and document consumer progress, recommendations, and treatment outcomes.
•Provide consumer, family, and staff education as requested.
•Attend required orientation prior to beginning services.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
