Physical Therapist

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work in Fulton, MO . These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $50 / hour
*W2
Shift Details:
- Requested services will be performed between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday, up to 16 hours per week.
- One day of New Employee Orientation training will be required.
- We would like service to start as soon as possible.
- Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of MO
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
