The individual in this role will oversee day‑to‑day tasks such as developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining and building relationships with customers, providing training for clients, and managing sales initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Additional responsibilities will include fostering exceptional customer service experiences and collaborating with the team for business growth.
