Invoice CoordinatorMesilla Valley Transportation is hiring for Invoice Coordinator in El Paso, TX.The Invoice Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This position supports financial operations by coordinating with vendors, Accounts Payable, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.Verify billing information, pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation.Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with Vendors, Account Payables and with On Road Advisors.Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments.Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding balances with vendors.Reconcile invoices with purchase orders.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.Generate billing and invoicing for charge backs.Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing out vendor RO.Respond to Vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable, accounting, or related administrative functions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.Knowledge of invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding.Will have repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of sitting.Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.Work Environment:Mostly indoor office environment.Employee must use computer, telephone, and other office equipment to perform duties.The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.Job Benefits:401(k)Dental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementVision insuranceBenefit Conditions:Only full-time employees are eligible.Mesilla Valley Transportation began in 1982 as a small independent fleet in the Southwest.
