Job Details Location: Roseville, CA 95678 Salary Range: $16.90 - $17.75 per hour Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service Position Summary This is an entry‑level position that offers the opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience while serving in multiple roles within a fun and dynamic atmosphere. The purpose of this position is to sell and prepare snacks and meals on an as‑needed basis at Villa Sport Café using predetermined preparation standards and recipes, and to clean and maintain the cooking and serving areas. Compensation and Benefits $16.90‑$17.75 hourly, based on relevant experience Ability to receive tips 401(k) with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 4% Complimentary club membership Discounts on club products and services Flexible scheduling Qualifications Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles) Must be the minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking equipment Background in restaurants or food service preferred Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment Alcohol Server certification required within 30 days of employment if serving and/or selling alcohol Bilingual a plus Five‑star customer service skills Excellent communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology Enjoy working in a fast‑paced and varied environment where the customer is first Committed and flexible Outgoing, friendly and able to work with and serve all kinds of people Fast learner with a variety of interests High energy with a positive outlook and can‑do spirit Team player who enjoys taking on new challenges Progress toward high school diploma or college degree preferred Additional Information Additional skills and certifications required may apply to work in various departments.
