We are growing fast, and with growth comes opportunity. Relocation Assistance Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years experience as an Automotive Service Technician, preferred. Pay: $15–$40 per flat rate hour depending on qualifications, experience, and certifications. Service Department Hours: Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM, Saturdays 7 AM–4 PM, closed Sundays. Schedule: Candidates will need open availability to work any shift Monday through Saturday. Saturdays are rotating; specific schedule/hours to be determined during interview with the hiring manager. Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose the cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements. Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time‑clock procedures. Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results. Maintain an inventory of standard mechanical tools and return special tools to their proper place. Use shop supplies and materials practically and economically. Maintain an organized, clean workspace; complete stall cleaning daily. Return customer vehicles clean and as they were before servicing. Complete all required training and acquire/manufacture and ASE certifications as required. Participate in technical training and review technical bulletins as assigned. Communicate constructively with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs. Report any situation or condition that jeopardizes safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers. Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards per departmental policies. Adhere to arrival, break, and departure times as designated by management.
