This job is a member of the B2B2C team within the Global Sales Division. 

You will represent the voice of customers who are business travelers, along with the small and medium-sized businesses and corporate travel programs they travel for, and users of various applications, by serving in the role of Product Owner for the American for Business website (aa.com/business). You'll drive external lead generation for Global Sales, support promotions and campaigns, and help grow the AAdvantage Business program through AI-powered outreach.

You'll own the digital experience that helps business travelers and companies discover American for Business, engage with it and connect with our sales team. You'll also partner with Sales leaders, Loyalty, B2B Marketing, Brand, Legal, Privacy and technology teams to deliver personalized, measurable outreach. We're looking for a highly organized product leader with a polished executive presence, a keen eye for design, and a growth mindset that embraces data, customer feedback and AI tools like Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio.

What you'll do

• Co-create the product vision and strategy for the American for Business website, tied to Global Sales OKRs.
• Drive external lead generation by turning website visitors and outreach responses into qualified leads for Global Sales.
• Support Sales, Loyalty and B2B Marketing as they plan, launch and measure promotions and campaigns aimed at business travelers.
• Support AAdvantage Business program growth by shaping and delivering AI-powered outreach that finds, engages and converts business travelers.
• Use data to set baselines and measure outcomes such as traffic, engagement, lead volume and quality, conversion and outreach response, and use those results to prioritize the backlog.
• Run continuous discovery with business travelers, travel managers, and sales teams to understand what motivates them.
• Lead Agile ceremonies with your squads, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Report regularly on OKRs, website and outreach performance, upcoming releases and areas that need leadership attention.
• Run A/B tests and evaluate new tools to improve self-service and engagement.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio to speed up insight, content, and delivery.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in product management or delivery (for example, product analyst, user researcher or product owner), or 5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• 2+ years as a Product Owner on customer-facing digital products
• Experience with customer engagement, digital marketing or AI-powered outreach products
• Experience with B2B lead generation, including lead capture, scoring and handoff to sales
• Experience launching and measuring promotions, offers or lifecycle campaigns
• Experience with Agile product management tools (for example, Jira or Azure DevOps)
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric or similar analytics tools

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• A deep understanding of business traveler needs and what drives engagement and loyalty
• Polished executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders, squads and partners
• A keen eye for design, backed by data and customer feedback
• Highly organized, with strong time management and a track record of delivering across functions
• Working knowledge of privacy and consent requirements for customer outreach
• A growth mindset and curiosity about AI tools
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO
• Relevant certifications in product management or product delivery
