Business Systems Analyst Onsite Columbus, OH Long Term Responsibilities Perform requirements gathering activities, representing approximately 30% of the role. Conduct data mapping and data analysis activities, representing approximately 30% of the role. Serve as a testing lead/tester and support test planning, representing approximately 30% of the role. Participate in meetings and project discussions, representing approximately 10% of the role. Gather and analyze application requirements and implementation strategies. Identify overlaps, key connections, risks, and constraints across requirements and implementation activities. Support system implementations and interfaces through effective data mapping. Work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Required Qualifications 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. 5 years of test lead and test planning experience. 5 years of experience with data mapping for new system implementations and interfaces. Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Ability to identify overlap and key connections while gathering requirements. Ability to evaluate application requirements and implementation strategies holistically to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints. Previous experience implementing and gathering requirements for Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC), and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
