Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / OB experience License: Active license in New Hampshire Certifications: - BLS (AHA), active and current - AWHONN, active and current - NRP, active and current Must-Have: - Fetal monitoring experience - Previous travel experience Description: Must be proficient in all aspects of patient care from check-in to pre/post care to discharge. The RN must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN must assess and identify patient problems or needs. Establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan based on patient progress. The unit can manage high-risk pregnancy management, including preterm labor, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Experience with vaginal birth after cesarean section, prenatal testing, amniocentesis, and childbirth education classes is required. Permanent address must be included in submission. RTO must be included in submissions, limited to 5 days.
