Position Overview:
CinemaTech is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Support to join our operations team in Addison, Texas. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse functions—including fabrication, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination—as well as on-site product handling in high-end residential settings. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a professional demeanor, and is comfortable working with tools and clients alike. 

 
Forklift certification is strongly preferred—but if you’re not certified, we’ll cover the cost of your training.

Key Responsibilities
·       Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and shipments 
·       Organize shipments and track progress to ensure on-time deliveries
·       Coordinate with Shipping Vendors to schedule pickups/ deliveries and claims
·       Support project managers and operations staff in coordinating delivery timelines 
·       Assist in fabricating and assembling acoustic ceiling panels and other products 
·       Load, unload, and organize materials and finished goods in the warehouse 
·       Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification offered) 
·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment 
·       Help prepare and execute product deliveries to client homes and job sites 
·       Professionally deliver, unload, and place products in luxury residential settings 
·       Drive company and rental vehicles for in-town and occasional out-of-town deliveries and installations 
·       Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records 
·       Use hand and power tools as needed for light fabrication and assembly 
·       Provide installation support for ARS and fiber optic ceiling systems, including assisting with repairs and product adjustments as needed 
·       Support seating installations and serve as a backup installer when additional assistance is required 
·       Follow safety procedures and participate in routine safety training 
·       Physically assist with various projects or needs from other staff as required 

 

Qualifications
·       Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
·       Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
·       Comfortable using hand and power tools; carpentry skills a plus
·       Forklift experience or certification strongly preferred (company will pay for certification if needed)
·       Professional and respectful demeanor—especially when working in client homes
·       Clean driving record; CDL a plus but not required
·       Willingness to travel for occasional overnight or out-of-town deliveries – average once every few months 
·       Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
·       Available for early morning starts or occasional weekend work, depending on project needs
