Director Of Business Development – Online PharmacyThe Director of Business Development – Online Pharmacy will lead strategic growth initiatives, revenue expansion, and partnership development for BaRupOn's online pharmacy division.This executive-level role requires deep expertise in pharmacy operations, digital health ecosystems, and scalable online pharmacy setup. The ideal candidate has successfully built or expanded an online pharmacy business and understands regulatory, operational, and commercial frameworks within healthcare.This role directly contributes to revenue growth, national expansion strategy, and long-term market positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Market ExpansionDevelop and execute national growth strategies for the online pharmacy divisionIdentify new revenue streams, partnerships, and distribution channelsConduct competitive and regulatory landscape analysisDrive market penetration across multi-state pharmacy operationsBusiness Development & PartnershipsBuild and manage strategic relationships with:Healthcare providersTelehealth platformsInsurance companies & PBMsPhysician networksLead contract negotiations and high-value partnership agreementsRepresent BaRupOn at healthcare and digital health industry eventsOperations & Compliance AlignmentCollaborate with pharmacy operations, compliance, IT, and logistics teamsEnsure all growth strategies align with:DEA regulationsState pharmacy board requirementsHIPAA complianceE-commerce pharmacy regulationsSupport scalable prescription fulfillment and digital infrastructure modelsRevenue & Performance LeadershipOwn revenue targets and business development KPIsOversee pipeline forecasting and CRM performanceDevelop pricing strategies and service positioningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA or PharmD preferred)2+ years of business development experience in:Online pharmacyTelehealthHealthcare servicesDigital health platformsFully knowledgeable in pharmacy operations and regulatory frameworksDemonstrated experience setting up or scaling an online pharmacyStrong understanding of e-commerce healthcare modelsProven track record of revenue growth and partnership acquisitionPreferred QualificationsExperience launching multi-state licensed pharmacy operationsExisting network within healthcare systems or PBMsExperience working with digital prescription platforms and telemedicine integrationsExecutive leadership experience in regulated healthcare industriesWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleEstablished new strategic partnerships within first 6–12 monthsIncreased prescription volume and revenue streamsDeveloped scalable business development frameworkPositioned BaRupOn as a competitive digital pharmacy leader
