• Established, Expanding Practice: Work alongside a collaborative team including one OB/GYN, a Nurse Practitioner, and a Midwife, with planned growth to two OB/GYNs and three Midwives
• Protected Surgical Time: Dedicated block OR day every Friday with access to Da Vinci robotics at a Level 2 Trauma / Level 3 NICU hospital
• Work-Life Balance: Anticipated 1 in 5 call schedule with no Saturday clinic hours required for the new OB/GYN
• Generous Compensation Package: Guaranteed base salary of 300,000, plus performance-based bonuses and up to 10,000 in relocation assistance
• Robust Benefits: Includes 30 days PTO, 5 CME days with 2,500 allowance, malpractice coverage, group health insurance (50% employer-covered), and 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
