Billing Associate III

Providing support for complex billing and scheduling tasks, the full-time remote Billing Associate III will manage provider schedules, coordinate training, and serve as a liaison between staff and patients while ensuring compliance with practice standards. Key responsibilities: Monitor staff performance and ensure appointments are scheduled according to departmental procedures Assist in managing providers' schedules and coordinate training for new staff members Prepare custom reports and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance clinical outcomes Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent certification Five years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Epic EHR and managed care operations Strong computer literacy and data entry skills Familiarity with medical terminology and telephone communications
