Lead a high-performing team and develop scalable financial processes.Job DescriptionSenior Director – Finance And FP&A OverviewLead financial planning and analysis initiatives to drive strategic growth and operational excellence as the Senior Director – Finance and FP&A.Collaborate with executive leadership to provide actionable insights and financial recommendations for decision-making.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Develop and manage financial metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance effectively.Support strategic discussions with data-driven insights to influence business direction and priorities.Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering innovation and accountability.Prepare executive-level presentations and Board materials to communicate financial strategies clearly.Drive the development of scalable financial processes and forecasting models to support growth.Senior Director – Finance And FP&A Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting updates in coordination with the CFO.Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for executive review.Develop advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.Support cash flow management, capital planning, and investment decisions.Collaborate with Accounting to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.Present financial information to executive leadership and the Board with clarity and professionalism.Evaluate new business initiatives and operational investments from a financial perspective.Senior Director – Finance And FP&A Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles; 20 years preferred.Proven expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic planning.Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed environments is advantageous.Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and PowerBI preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to influence executive stakeholders and support strategic business decisions effectively.Willingness to travel occasionally for business-related events and meetings.
