You will work with institutional product and sales leaders to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and improve business performance. Structure complex and ambiguous strategic challenges into clear frameworks and actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Build quantitative analyses, financial models, and business cases to evaluate opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry insights into recommendations that strengthen product and go-to-market strategies. Develop a strong understanding of institutional finance, digital assets, and evolving market dynamics to inform business priorities. Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive improvements across institutional products. Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through recommendation and implementation. Improve operational processes, frameworks, and tools to increase team effectiveness and decision-making capabilities. Communicate insights clearly through executive presentations, written recommendations, and stakeholder discussions. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or business operations, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and high-quality decision-making is essential. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product strategy, or a related field. Demonstrated experience owning strategic projects and delivering recommendations from analysis through execution. Strong quantitative modeling skills with experience building business cases that influence leadership decisions. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through concise written materials and executive-level presentations. Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, financial technology, or digital asset markets. Experience using SQL, business intelligence tools such as Hex, Superset, or Looker, or crypto analytics platforms such as Dune Analytics and Etherscan is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity. Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and business outcomes. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships across product, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
