Proposal Coordinator

Job Summary This role is a critical part of our team, ensuring the efficient development, coordination, and submission of proposals while supporting our commitment to excellence and competitive positioning. This role works closely with commercial, estimating, and operations teams and plays a key part in supporting business development efforts by ensuring high‑quality, timely proposal submissions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact and tracker within the organization for proposal deliverables, working with estimating, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure all required inputs are received, reviewed, and submitted on time Organize and maintain proposal documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation Collaborate with estimating, operations, and commercial teams to gather scope, pricing, and supporting information Review RFP requirements and ensure all submission criteria and deadlines are met Assist in developing and standardizing proposal templates, content, and formatting Support preparation of technical responses, qualifications packages, and client‑facing materials Maintain proposal records and assist with post‑submission follow‑up as needed Provide cross‑functional support for commercial efforts, including RFIs, contract notices, and miscellaneous coordination tasks; assist with proposal content development by supporting resumes, project profiles, and organizational charts through coordination and information gathering across internal teams Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
