Maintenance TechA graphics and printing company in Grand Rapids is looking for a Senior Maintenance Tech for performing routine maintenance and timely repairs on equipment and the building.Maintenance Tech RequirementsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues while maintaining accurate repair logs and schedulesPerform routine maintenance and repairsConduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce repair costs.Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with regulatory requirementsMaintain a clean, organized workshop and manage inventory of necessary parts and materials.Collaborate with management and team members to communicate equipment status, repair timelines, and maintenance plans.Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest modifications to enhance equipment performance and reliabilitySchedule and Pay1st Shift 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed$20-25/hrMaintenance Tech QualificationsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical repairs, fabrication, or maintenance work.Mechanically inclined with the ability to work independently and think critically to troubleshoot issues.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
