Industrial Maintenance/Cyclotron Service Technician - North Wales, PA

Facilities/Cyclotron Maintenance Service Technician – North Wales, PA (Philadelphia) Compensation: Base pay range $55,230 - $75,944 (may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications). Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday (shift may change). Benefits: Paid training and relocation assistance. Responsibilities Provide service and maintenance for multiple cyclotrons, associated chemistry modules, and manipulator arms. Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities. Respond to service support calls in a timely manner and submit work history tickets. Complete timecards, training, and expense reports on time. Schedule work and manage spare parts usage to minimize costs. Monitor and improve uptime for site cyclotron system(s). Participate in personnel training and staff development. Collaborate cross‑functionally with production team to implement strategic initiatives. Assess semi‑complex product and equipment performance and recommend modifications. Assist in routine biomarker production functions and perform CCS upgrades. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Experience with 3‑phase electrical systems. Structured problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret schematics. Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical and mechanical equipment. Weekend availability and flexibility for shift changes. Basic plumbing experience and mechanical aptitude. Experience setting up LAN systems and switches. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Excellent presentation, communication, and customer orientation skills. Background in low and high voltage, RF, and vacuum systems.
