THE ROLE

STRIVE Recruitment has partnered with a leading Big 4 public practice firm and one of North America's leading Deals practices on a key hire within its Leadership, Talent & Organization team.

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager with a strong background in leadership, talent, culture, human capital, organizational transformation, or organizational design . This is an opportunity to advise senior executives and organizations through high-impact business situations, including M&A and other complex transactions.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in delivering client engagements, conducting senior-level interviews, synthesizing qualitative findings, and translating insights into practical recommendations. They will also help manage and develop a small consulting team, ensuring projects remain on track and deliverables are client-ready.

Direct Deals or Private Equity experience is considered an asset, but is not required . Deep experience in leadership assessment, culture, talent, or organizational transformation is highly transferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and lead multiple client engagements, managing timelines, deliverables, staffing, and day-to-day project execution.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior consulting professionals.
• Conduct qualitative interviews with senior leaders and stakeholders to uncover meaningful insights and data.
• Analyze and synthesize findings across multiple interviews, identifying themes and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Apply expertise across leadership assessment, talent, culture, organizational design, operating models, and organizational transformation.
• Review and refine team deliverables to ensure high-quality, client-ready outputs.
• Support project administration, including WIP, budgets, staffing, and resourcing.
• Work closely with Partners and Managing Directors to support engagement strategy and delivery.
• Advise clients within fast-paced and complex business environments, including transaction-related situations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and the continued growth of the Leadership, Talent & Organization practice.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, human capital, leadership & talent advisory, organizational transformation, organizational design, or a related field.
• Strong experience in leadership assessment, culture, talent, organizational design, or organizational transformation .
• Experience conducting interviews with senior leaders and translating qualitative information into meaningful insights.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to move from insight to practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment .
• Genuine interest in building a career focused on Leadership and Talent within a Deals environment .
• Private Equity, M&A, or Deals experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Experience within a Big 4, MBB, or leading boutique leadership/talent advisory firm is considered an asset.
