[Responsibilities]

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Prepare and submit quotes, process orders, and maintain up-to-date customer records in ERP and CRM systems
- Review order terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating business risks
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues, update pricing, and ensure on-time delivery
- Escalate critical situations and coordinate solutions for urgent customer needs
- Provide shipping documentation, monitor order backlogs, and proactively communicate recovery plans to customers
- Support Accounts Receivable by facilitating resolution of billing or payment issues
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Prepare reports on customer status and order activity for management and sales teams
- Contribute to process improvements and take on additional responsibilities as assigned

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years' customer service or related experience
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Accurate data entry and keen attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
