Physical Therapist or PTA Home Health Job Summary: Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist or PTA to join our pediatric home health team. In this role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment. About the Role: As a Physical Therapist or PTA, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in Fort Myers, FL. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes. With a focus on pediatric patients, you will work closely with families to ensure a collaborative and effective treatment approach.
