Eligibility Case Manager - Public Benefits Specialist

Douglas County is seeking an Eligibility Case Manager I or II to determine initial and continued eligibility for Food Assistance, Medicaid, CHP+, and other programs. You will interface with state and county systems, interview clients, assess criteria, and inform applicants of benefits and procedures. The role supports diverse programs and requires accurate data entry in CBMS, with potential advancement to Level II responsibilities.
