Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA will provide direct, compassionate, and culturally sensitive patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals, following established care plans and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility, while promoting dignity and safety. The CNA will measure and record vital signs, monitor and report changes in patient condition, support infection control practices, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Additional tasks include accurate documentation in electronic health records, effective communication with the care team, participation in virtual or telehealth-supported workflows as applicable, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in applicable state(s) and completion of an accredited CNA training program. Demonstrated skills in basic patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, safe patient handling, and mobility support. Ability to accurately measure, record, and report vital signs and observations, following established clinical protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams. Knowledge of infection prevention, safety procedures, and patient confidentiality (including HIPAA requirements). Comfort with electronic health records and basic computer skills to support remote documentation and communication. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to remote workflows while maintaining high standards of care. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospital, long-term care, or home health settings is preferred.
