Assistant Manager, Investment Services

Supports daily operations and functions of Navy Federal Investment Services (NFIS) Drives productivity, member experience, and revenue outcomes by reinforcing performance standards, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency Provides coaching and oversight to team while supporting business initiatives through cross-functional partnership Uses data insights and frontline perspective to improve performance and support execution of NFIS priorities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or related field Experience supporting advisor performance, including coaching and production-based metrics Working knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and provide insights Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to operate in a regulated environment with sound judgment Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 7, 66, or combination of 63 & 65, Life & Health) Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 24) or ability to obtain within 120 days of start date Desired Qualifications: Professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU; Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 52 and Series 53) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial services and investment management, with a strong focus on advisor performance coaching, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Possesses relevant licenses and a solid understanding of investment products and financial planning concepts.
