Must have recent IT management experience of a small team
Must have managed a team of at least 5-7 people.
60% hands-on doer and 40% doing managerial stuff. This is a technical doer-leader role. Must be hands on
Windows Server, healthcare experience, azure cloud, 365 Experience is a must have.
