Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household management Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients, while fostering a positive and supportive care environment Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families Maintain accurate records of client care, including documentation of services provided and any notable changes or concerns Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge About the Role: As an Upscale Home Care Senior Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 HOURLY and the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including part-time and full-time positions.
