HVAC Parts Coordinator

Full-time Parts Coordinator Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to oversee all aspects of parts for Dog House.

Responsibilities include:

• Keep our parts room clean and organized
• Order all parts
• Keep track of orders
• Receive orders
• Run parts
• Maintain inventory
• Process returns and warranties
• Van maintenance
• Van clean up
• Keep the grounds tidy
• Help where needed (such as installations and loading or unloading equipment).

Dog House (heating, air, plumbing), located in Brunswick, began operations in 2010 and continues to expand. We are a family-owned and operated business providing residential and light commercial service and installations. Our daily goal is to give our valued customers A+ service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with parts ordering or management
• Very organized
• Effective, professional communication with co-workers, managers, and suppliers
• Computer literate, as our inventory system is computerized
• Very close attention to detail to ensure accurate counts and smooth job processes
• Quick to learn new skills
• Able to follow directions
• Work well with the team
• Clean driving and criminal background check
• Ability to lift at least 55 pounds and more

Helpful but not required:

• Background in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry
• Carpentry skills
