Engineering Manager, Full Stack

Leading a team of up to 10 full stack software engineers, data engineers, and GIS specialists, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Full Stack & Data will focus on driving technical direction and delivery outcomes while fostering a collaborative environment to support product development and data processing initiatives. Key responsibilities Enable data engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable data platforms and pipelines Attract and grow engineering talent while providing coaching and feedback to team members Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure effective data architecture and platform decisions Required qualifications 2+ years of experience leading and managing full-stack or data engineers across multiple teams Experience in a high growth scaleup environment and a passion for climate action Proficiency with technologies such as React/Typescript, Python/FastAPI, and SQL Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineers at all levels Comfortable in a build it, run it environment (e.g., GCP, cloud run, k8s)
