We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Ecosystems team. The team builds tools and reference implementations to help guide application developers in using the Superchain, ushering them through new paradigms and protocol changes.

Manage team career development by coaching and mentoring engineers through continuous feedback, goal setting and development plans
Collaborate closely with product team to set engineering priorities
Experience recruiting and building high-performing engineering teams
Demonstrated interest and participation in the crypto/web3 ecosystem—full-time work experience in crypto is not required but is a plus
Significant experience as a hands-on software engineer. Full-stack experience is a plus
Experience in TypeScript or Go
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly evolving, cutting edge industry
Clear and persuasive writing and in-person communication
