Chief Operating Officer

Providing operational leadership for a remote, full-time position, the Chief Operating Officer will oversee Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration while focusing on process integration, performance standards, and operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities Manage overall operational oversight across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration, ensuring integrated processes and clear accountability Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, establishing standardized procedures and monitoring key performance indicators Serve as the primary operational liaison between functional teams and executive leadership, coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, lending, financial services, or a related industry Experience managing multiple operational functions and working with senior-level leaders Strong understanding of closing operations and the loan lifecycle, with experience in valuations and asset resolution preferred Demonstrated ability to improve business processes and operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic thinking
