Case Manager (Remote)

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Legal Case Manager to join a growing personal injury team. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, medical providers, and attorneys, helping ensure cases move efficiently from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a busy caseload. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the case. Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy and case development. Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers. Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, and other supporting documentation. Assist with the preparation of demand packages and settlement materials. Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic case files. Track case milestones, deadlines, and treatment progress to ensure timely case advancement. Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, medical providers, and other case-related parties. Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring all case information is current and complete. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims. Must be fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Prior personal injury case management experience strongly preferred. Pre-litigation experience required.
