Job Description:
• s a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.
• You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, lead and manage the team to perform effectively, make key team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to important decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• dvanced proficiency in Solution Architecture is required.
• dvanced proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is recommended.
• dvanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform, and Healthcare Management is suggested.
• Need someone with Databricks, data modeling (star schema) and Power BI metadata design skills.
• Need the resource to be an end-to-end solution consultant in the above skills.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with client business objectives and technical requirements.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• nalyze complex challenges and propose innovative approaches to enhance solution effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing expertise and insights to elevate team capabilities and project outcomes.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
