Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs and backgrounds. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic aspirations, utilizing evidence-based methodologies. Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing solution-focused therapeutic approaches to promote meaningful behavioral changes. Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer flexible and accessible counseling services, catering to clients' circumstances and preferences. Deliver crisis intervention as needed, equipping clients with immediate strategies and support during challenging moments. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. Our focus is on fostering a supportive environment tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, ensuring that all clients feel heard, valued, and understood throughout their mental health journey. Qualifications A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent. A minimum of three years of professional experience working in a mental health setting with validated outcomes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients and colleagues alike. Preferred Experience Previous experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services. Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities that cater to different client needs, including trauma-informed care. A demonstrated capacity for organizational skills and time management to juggle a dynamic caseload effectively. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 based on experience and caseload.
