Wildlife Service Professional

Responsibilities Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating Customers for Life. Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications. Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed. Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening. Assist with crawlspace & termite work. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal. Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service. Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license required. Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments. Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction. Physical Demands / Working Environment Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 ft, and climb up to 60 ft. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
