They should have a proven track record of client satisfaction and a motivation to provide superior service. Responsibilities: Support clients by overseeing network services, testing equipment and circuits, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining customer relationships according to company guidelines. Handle equipment and service issues by troubleshooting problems, guiding customers on equipment use, creating customer service reports, and suggesting equipment upgrades while managing inventory including vans and trucks.
