BUSINESS CONTROLLING MANAGER

Background & Purpose of the Job: a { text-decoration: none; } tr th, tr td { } tr th { } Support the VP Finance & Controlling North America in the financial management of the business by delivering financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities across the region. The role is responsible for coordinating budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and WSE processes; analyzing sales, margins, costs, and working capital; monitoring key strategic initiatives; and preparing financial reporting for Continental Management, Senior Management, and Group Management.The position also supports the consolidation of financial statements, preparation of monthly financial packages, and response to Group reporting requests while providing guidance to Market Business Controllers and General Managers on financial reporting requirements. In addition, the role contributes to the development of financial strategic and tactical data through the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, latest estimates, and strategic plans, and by conducting profitability analyses on projected commercial operations.As a key user of Group reporting tools (GPS, QlikView, and BOARD), the role helps ensure compliance with reporting requirements by training users, communicating reporting rules and procedures, and supporting the implementation of reporting enhancements. The position also coordinates Internal Control Management (ICM) and audit activities for the North America region, supports Continental Finance meetings, and may assist with other finance-related activities, including credit management, accounting, treasury, legal, internal control, and tax.Who You Are & What You’ll Do:Group Reporting/day-to-day support: Prepare the Continental Monthly Reporting : Letter of the Month, D+2 & D+8: turnover, gross margin, margin variance analysis, expenses, working capital/cash, vs .
