What you’ll bring:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license from the state of Texas
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Solid experience or clinical training in pediatric and school-based settings
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and progress reporting skills
• Adaptability in managing a varied K-12 caseload
• Effective communication and collaboration with teachers, families, and related service providers

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and deliver speech and language therapy to students with varied communication disorders
• Develop customized IEPs and therapy plans aligned with student needs and educational goals
• Monitor student progress, adapt interventions as needed, and maintain regular communication with educational teams and families
• Consult with teachers to support classroom strategies for language development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
