Five Guys Burgers and Fries - Immediate Shift Leader Position Are you passionate about making delicious hand formed burgers and fresh cut fries in a fun, fast-paced environment? Shift Leaders are expected to provide excellent customer service and prepare great food for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
As well as being proficient in all areas of the restaurant, the Shift Leader is also responsible for but to limited to: 1. Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service 2. Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the Team 3. Communication with the Team in an efficient and proper manner 4. Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems 5. Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak and non peak hours of business 6. Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above 7. Being full aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted 8. Cash management/handling 9. Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members) Job Perks:
