• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; Call required approximately 10 days/month (mainly newborn care)
• Shift: Clinic hours + rotating call, weekends on call when scheduled
• Hours/Week: Approximately 32 hours
• Employment Type: W-2, full-time
• Licensure/Certifications: Pediatric Board Certified Highly Preferred
• Experience: Previous pediatric outpatient and call experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a clinic setting, including newborn assessments
• Conduct CLIA-waived in-office testing
• Collaborate with dedicated medical and administrative staff
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, primarily for newborn care
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
• Engage in patient education and preventive health measures
• Support community health initiatives as needed

What You Need

• Valid Pediatric Medical License and Certification
• 3+ years of pediatric clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle call responsibilities
