$19 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service during every banquet event.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision is realized, creating memorable experiences.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to communicate event details and expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure all necessary materials are available for events.

Qualifications:

• Better team +8
• Experience: Usually 3-5 years of experience in food service, with previous leadership roles preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move heavy equipment.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; hospitality degree is a plus.
