KFC Restaurant General Manager

Position Overview Restaurant General Manager for KFC restaurants, part of KBP Foods (KBP Brands), a leading franchisee with over 800 locations nationwide. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead a team, implement strategies, manage profitability and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers. Coach and train all employees in operational excellence. Complete inventory counts every other week. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and deliver a quality product with friendly service. Benefits & Compensation Annual awards trip based on restaurant performance. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as General Manager in food service or retail environment with profit & loss responsibility, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and maneuver safely in compact spaces.
