Job Description:
We are seeking an ITSM / ServiceNow Process Analyst to support the day-to-day management, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise ITSM processes.
This individual will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, platform teams, and business stakeholders to improve processes and workflows within ServiceNow . The role will support initiatives involving forms/workflows, process automation, testing, UAT, documentation, reporting, and user adoption .
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution and operational effectiveness of assigned ITSM processes
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate ServiceNow forms, workflows, and processes
- Monitor process performance, metrics, compliance, trends, and areas for improvement
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical/platform teams on process enhancements
- Participate in process workshops, project kickoffs, solution reviews, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Gather and communicate business/process requirements to technical teams
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials
- Educate users on process requirements, standards, and best practices
- Support ongoing adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant IT, ITSM, business/process analysis, or related experience
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms strongly preferred
- Understanding of ITSM processes and workflow/process improvement
- Experience with UAT, testing, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable working across both business and technical teams
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered
