Associate Attorney (Houston)

Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join our Houston or The Woodlands office. We are looking for a driven attorney with several years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of a busy defense litigation docket within a well established and growing practice. This role is ideal for a litigator who has meaningful experience handling cases from early investigation through resolution, including motion practice, depositions, and case strategy. The work primarily involves defense litigation and general liability matters across a range of industries. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing files, thinking strategically about cases, and contributing to a fast paced litigation team. Trial experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for an attorney who is sharp, responsive, and capable of ramping up quickly while working both independently and collaboratively with partners and colleagues.
