Quality Control Supervisor 1st shift
Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
· Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
· Conduct routine quality tests (dimensional, functional, and visual).
· Document inspection results accurately in logs, databases, or quality management systems (QMS).
· Identify nonconformances and quarantine defective materials or products.
· Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
· Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to verify compliance.
· Assist in internal audits and support external audits as needed.
· Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
Required
· High school diploma or GED
· 1–3 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, QMS software, ERP systems)
Preferred
· Experience, GMP, Food Grade Warehousing, and other industry standards
