Project Coordinator

Brief Description Serve as primary coordinator and point of contact for client contracting activities, facilitating communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and Petauri Legal throughout the contract lifestyle Manage and track all contracting workstreams, including MSAs, NDAs, CDAs, new SOWs, renewal SOWs, and amendments, ensuring timely completing and adherence to established timelines Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contracting processes, workflows, and documentation tracking to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), including drafting initial documents, maintaining templates, gathering business inputs, and monitoring progress through execution Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, legal counsel, leadership, client managers, and cross-functional teams to support seamless communication and issue resolution. Collect, communicate, and elevate client feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and support quality assurance efforts by ensuring contracting deliverables meet established standards and implement process controls as needed Research industry trends, project management best practices, and operational improvements to recommend and implement solutions that optimize contracting activities. Travel for client meetings or other business-related travel as needed. Professional development as needed. Provide support across various functions and contributing to tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed to support team objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field 3+ years in client success, account management, or customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge regarding the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the end-to-end contracting process to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of client agreements. This role serves as a central point of coordination among clients, internal stakeholders, and Petauri Legal for the development, review, execution, and tracking of Statements of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, and renewals. The Project Coordinator manages multiple contracting workstreams simultaneously, monitors timelines and deliverables, maintains documentation and templates, and helps identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
