Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. C urrently, we are seeking experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal for opportunity in Tallahassee, FL.


Personal Injury Legal Assistants/Paralegal is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

This is a long-term, permanent job opportunity.

Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting in all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
• Requesting reports, tapes, videos, medical records, police reports, etc.
• Reporting claims to insurance companies.
• Drafting and sending letters.
• Communicating and corresponding with clients, providers, and other involved parties.
• Maintaining client files.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing case files and medical records.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling personal injury cases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay Rate Range : $24.04- $31.25 per hour. (Salary commensurate with experience)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
