Inter-Con remains 100% family owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high-requirement security solutions./ppInter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters./ppJob Summary/ppThe Executive Response Team Agent (ERT) will support the Team mission of enabling business by protecting critical assets and managing risk with a diverse, innovative, partner-oriented team for the Inter-Con client located in Redmond, WA. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. ERT Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client. We are looking for protection professionals with a high level of emotional intelligence. Applicants should be in good overall physical, mental, and emotional condition, have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3pThe specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:/pulliEnsure the smooth operation of all services provided by the Executive Response Team/liliDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures/liliManage and supervise projects, programs, and operations/liliContribute to the organizational goals of the Team/liliEvaluate the present and future security environment to better understand requirements, course of action development and mitigation strategies/liliCommunicate with stakeholders regarding services and requirements of the organization/liliCoordinate with stakeholders regarding projects and services to help mitigate risk and/or impact to Team security operations/liliInitiate and maintain critical relationships inside and outside the organization to support Team security operations/liliSafeguard sensitive and confidential information regarding Inter-Con and the client/liliAnalyze and resolve problems in a timely manner/liliObserve, report, and/or intervene as appropriate regarding any situation that may compromise the safety and security of the clients people, assets and/or reputation/liliStaff assigned security posts/liliPlan, coordinate and execute executive protection operations/liliAct as an advance agent or support agent for security operations/liliProvide surveillance detection / protective surveillance for security operations/liliParticipate in emergency response actions to facilitate the protection of the clients people, assets, and reputation. This includes verbal de-escalation, use of non-lethal force, deadly force, and appropriate medical treatment/liliContacting persons of interest and conducting field interviews/liliStaff the Executive Security Operations Center (Bridge) and/or field command centers as directed/liliManagement of assigned programs and projects/liliRoutine problem solving and tasking/liliParticipate in training activities as required/liliParticipate in Team meetings as required/liliAdhere to the clients and Inter-Con Securitys policies and procedures/liliEffectively work with/communicate with others/liliPossess a valid concealed pistol license/liliAnnually pass the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Center Armed Guard Qualification/liliPossess a valid drivers license/liliMaintain reliable transportation/liliMaintain good credit standing/liliObtain a valid first aid/CPR/AED certificate/liliSafeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information/liliMaintain an appropriate level of physical fitness/liliResearch, plan, and document routes of travel/liliRecord keeping of events after action reports, recording of task completions, receipt reconciliation/liliCoordinating notifications to client representatives/liliDocument Intelligence Reports/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliPossess a valid drivers license./liliExtensive military, corporate security or law enforcement experience, preferably in a military special operations branch, protective operations experience./liliApplicant should possess excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills/liliHigh levels of integrity, and trustworthiness./liliMinimum 2 years-experience in an executive security/protection related capacity in a corporate/private/Government setting/liliBachelors degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience/liliA graduate of a reputable executive protection training school desired/liliExperience and understanding of corporate culture/liliExtensive medical experience (EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman) desired/liliExperience with after action report writing/liliLeadership and management experience desired/liliExperience working with C-Suite level executives or equivalent/liliStrong base knowledge in all facets of protective operations/liliAdvanced understanding of technology-based protective applications/liliA working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)/liliWill maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance/liliMust be able to legally possess a firearm/liliMust successfully pass a Physical Fitness Test/liliAbility to work nights and weekends as required/liliPossess a valid drivers license and passport/li/ul/div
