ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) Job Title: ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) Job Type: Independent Practice Opportunity About MedCBO MedCBO, Inc is a Colorado-based healthcare business infrastructure company that empowers independent physician groups across the United States to launch, manage, and scale their practices. Overview This posting is for physicians interested in establishing or transitioning into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity, while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position. Physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions, and sets patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. Opportunity Description We work with physicians seeking to: Start a new private practice Transition from employment to ownership Convert an existing practice to a supported model Relocate and establish a practice in a new market MedCBO supports administrative and operational functions while the physician independently operates the medical practice. Important Disclosure Physicians operate their own medical practice entity and are not employees of MedCBO. MedCBO provides administrative support services only. Practice performance, revenue, and income depend on physician decisions, clinical activity, and market conditions. Practices are commonly established using standard medical practice financing programs; specific qualifications and terms are determined by the lending institution. MedCBO assists physicians in navigating financing options. MedCBO does not employ physicians and does not provide guaranteed income. #J-18808-Ljbffr
