Occupational Therapist Or Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantSaint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full-time and/or per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the '26-'27 school year. The OT or COTA will provide intervention for children in the Yonkers Public Schools and possibly the student's homes, document sessions and progress, prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain ongoing communication with parents, guardians and teachers. OTs will also evaluate students and may have the opportunity to provide supervision to, and documentation for, COTAs. Interested therapists may also have the chance to provide aquatic therapy to students. The population served is pediatric (5-21 years old).Job Requirements:Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and strong communication skills; written and verbal. Must have excellent organizational skills and be flexible.New York State Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License required.Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree from an Occupational Therapy program.New graduates are welcome to apply.
