Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service interactions. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
